When you apply, we collect the details you provide on the form: your name, contact details, address, date of birth, identity document type and number, the amount and term you are requesting, and your signature. Borrower applications also include the same details for a required witness. Financier applications include the capital you are offering and your preferred terms.

Why we collect it

Your details are used only to review your request, verify identity, prepare and manage any agreement, and contact you about your application. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How we store and protect it

• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with row-level access controls.
• Identity documents and signatures are kept in private storage, reachable only through short-lived signed links generated for authorised staff.
• Access is limited to staff who need it to review and manage your application, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.

How long we keep it

We retain application data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain it. To make a request, contact us using the details provided with your application.

Third parties

We use trusted service providers to operate E.A.C FINANCING.IT — including hosting, database and storage, anti-bot protection, and email delivery. These providers process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.
